Yesterday was World Water Day. It's a UN initiative to get people talking about the value of water and what that means. Here in Western Canada we don't often need to think about access to clean water. We're lucky to be blessed with snow, glaciers & rainfall. I got a few new products in the week! Nelson Naturals toothpaste. I love this stuff, my teeth feel so good after brushing with it. I don't have it available as refills yet, but I'm hoping to in the future. For now I have a variety of flavours to see which are most popular. And there's bamboo toothbrushes online now too. Should I buy the original package or a refill? It really depends on your situation. The ultimate goal is for everyone to be using refills, but there are times when getting a product in it's original package is the best option. If you're new to refilling, getting your first order in the original packaging is a great choice. Then you know exactly what you're getting. The original packaging contains ingredient lists and instructions for use. Once you've used that first portion up then you can get refills. Live for Tomorrow (LFT) packages their retail sizes in stainless steel bottles instead...

Last Thursday we did a test fill and deliver day to friends and a few other people who would be forgiving to any mistakes that were made (and there were!). Systems were tested and lessons learned.
