World Water Day

Yesterday was World Water Day. It's a UN initiative to get people talking about the value of water and what that means. Here in Western Canada we don't often need to think about access to clean water. We're lucky to be blessed with snow, glaciers & rainfall. But we're seeing  our glaciers melt and much more unpredictable weather. This will threaten our (and the world's) water supply. How do you value water?

Photos are of Alsek Lake, Alaska.
