I love a good cup of coffee, but my relationship with the bags that coffee beans come in has been trying. I have tried so many things to avoid those bags (plastic or otherwise) and I’ve struggled to find a solution that makes me happy. When Gradient Coffee approached me about partnering to deliver their beans in refillable glass jars, I was ecstatic!
Gradient Coffee is a collaboration between Pemberton’s Chris Ankeny and Matt Bruhns. Born from a shared obsession with high quality coffee, these two have been roasting, testing, and sampling for the better part of a year to get the offerings just right. Their beans have been available at Mount Currie Coffee for the past few months, and now they’re ready to get all of us hooked.
