Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver in Whistler (including Black Tusk/Pinecrest & Wedgewoods) weekly and to Pemberton every other week. The header bar will tell you which week is a Pemberton delivery. 

What is your minimum order? 

Whistler: There is no minimum order for deliveries in Whistler or Pemberton

If you're outside our standard delivery zone and would like to us to come to you, get in touch and we'll see what we can do. 

What days do you deliver?

We deliver on Thursday. Days are subject to change, but we'll give you lots of notice before any change. 

When do I have to place my order for delivery this week?

Orders need to be placed by noon the day before delivery. In other words, noon Wednesday for Thursday delivery. 

Do I have to be home for delivery?

No. If you have specific delivery instructions let us know when you place your order. 

Can I pick up?

No. In the future we're hoping to do regular pop up stores so you can get your products in person. Stay tuned. 

Can you refill my own containers? 

Not yet. We're considering the options to make that possible, but we're not there yet. 

Where can I find information like ingredients or instructions, for products that come in jars with no labels?

You can find all that information in the product section of our website. Each jar will be labelled with the product name so you know what we've delivered to you. 

How do the jar deposits work?

When you place your order, you'll pay a $1.25 deposit for each returnable jar we give you. When you return the jars we'll refund you by your original means of payment.  

I'm not planning on making another order for a while. What should I do with the jars? 

Please contact us and we'll arrange for a pick up and refund. 

How can I tell which jars I should return for credit? 

Look for the Vessel Refillery labels on the jars and caps.

I have extra canning jars around my house, will you take them? 

Yes! We take 3 specific sizes; 1L, 500ml & 250ml standard mouth canning jars, and would love to have them. Please contact us to arrange a pick up. 

What are your COVID-19 protocols?

Having your items delivered reduces your direct exposure to others. We wash our hands frequently while working. We wear a mask while filling & packing. We sanitize our hands between deliveries. We sanitize jars between use.
